PenMet Parks needed an Emergency Manual printed for the opening of a facility in Grays Harbor. The goal was to provide an easy to find, quick-reference document for response procedures. 

Tabs would be a great option but are only cost-effective at higher production quantities. PenMet only needed about 20 total pieces, so I proposed a different solution. What if we used a standard 8-tab layout, but adjusted them to just use straight lines and hand-cut them?

Luckily, PenMet also had a comb binder already available in their office to finish it. We finalized the layouts, produced the pieces at Minuteman Press on the westside, and PenMet team cut and bound the manuals.
